Earth Week

Chef Peggy Chan partnered with the well-known restaurants Arcane and Bedu to create a sustainable menu for the WWF Hong Kong Earth Hour Popup Dinner.

Each dish aimed to bring attention to a food system crisis and present a sustainable solution to combat it. I was commissioned to create illustrations of the dish menu, which showcased the use of local and sustainable ingredients.
